Development Team

LANDCO assigns development management teams to each of its projects. Such teams are headed by LANDCO Principals. The team further consists of third-party specialists in the following areas: legal, finance, insurance, accounting, bond-trading. LANDCO’s in-house personnel are also available to provide financial analysis, construction management, entitlement and engineering supervision, asset management and financial control. Along with their own expertise, LANDCO’s Principals have developed a wide network of professional contacts over the years. Therefore, LANDCO has been able rapidly to form excellent teams in any given market at any given time.
